Rebate Questions
Thank you for purchasing ValueRam. To ensure that your rebate claim is complete, please be sure that
you have met the following guidelines:
- You must include the original purchase receipt or packing slip invoice and UPC label from the
packaging. No copies are accepted.
- All rebates must be mailed to the P.O. Box listed on the rebate form.
- Please allow at least 8 weeks for delivery. It is our policy to notify you via postcard by U.S.
Mail if any of the requirements are not met.
